Place your unused watch with all its accessories in its original box, in perfect condition for resale, together with your exact details (Surname, First name, full Address and Country), your order number and the original invoice.
Pack the box securely together with the above mentioned information in a sufficiently stamped shipping box and send it to:

Only watches sent to us following our prior agreement, notified by the confirmation email above mentioned, will be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Any returned item shipping and insurance fees will be invoiced to the client. We recommend you insure your parcels for any shipping damage or loss.
